The essence of Spanish conviviality
Tapas, a symbol of Iberian culinary tradition, are the stars of the menu. Among the options, you can enjoy: spicy potato cream with Iberian ham; croquetas: bechamel croquettes with local bluefish served with garlic aioli; squid ink croquetas, croquetas with Iberian ham bechamel sauce; tortilla de patatas: a potato and onion omelette; creamed cod served on a puff pastry shell; vegetable quiche with Iberian ham; Spanish beans in a vinaigrette sauce; and all the Iberian cured meats, such as 72-month-aged Iberian acorn-fed ham served warm.

Our seafood restaurant offers a wide selection of seafood appetizers that vary seasonally, ensuring freshness and quality. Among the most popular delicacies are octopus tails served with crunchy vegetables, a perfect combination of flavors and textures; orange slices with marinated shrimp, a fresh and surprising dish; fresh salmon carpaccio, showcasing the delicate flavor of the high-quality fish; locally sourced pumpkin, served marinated to enhance its flavor; and crostini with bluefish, prepared using the catch of the day. As for hot dishes, you can find ricotta tartlet served with Cantabrian anchovies, accompanied by fresh piennolo tomatoes in a basil sauce with crunchy almond chips; ancient grain crostini with pan-fried baby octopus and fresh cherry tomatoes; the classic squid and potatoes; and squid stuffed with seasonal vegetables, a rich and flavorful dish. We can't forget the green squash prepared with cuttlefish and red datterini tomatoes, the eggplant parmigiana with anchovies, the zucchini accompanied by a cream of fish soup, the Agerola provola with smoked tuna, and finally the calamari and cuttlefish seared with sun-dried tomatoes. Paella and other delicacies from Salerno
Paella, prepared according to Spanish tradition, is the restaurant's signature dish. Variations include: paella de marisco with fish and seafood; paella negra with fish and fresh squid ink; seafood paella with lobster; Valencian paella with meat, fish, and vegetables; meat paella with three cured meats (ham, loin, and chorizo); and vegetarian paella with a selection of seasonal vegetables.
Our paellas never use broth or artificial coloring, but our chef carefully prepares azzafrena, a special blend of turmeric, paprika, curry, and saffron, which gives the dish a unique and unmistakable flavor. To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the chef always asks how guests prefer to enjoy their paella: moist, for a flavor-rich experience, or crispy (arruscata), for a delicious contrast of textures. It's important to note that all our paellas, like the other dishes on our menu, are completely gluten-free.
Furthermore, if you're a lover of traditional Salerno cuisine, among our latest additions is spaghetti with sea urchins, available during the summer and served with white truffle from Città di Castello, for a truly refined pairing of flavors. We also offer delicious tagliolini with white truffle and scorzone, Genovese with fresh tuna prepared with broken candles, and octopus ragù, served with wheat calamarata and fresh fusilli for unparalleled deliciousness. You can also enjoy seafood scialatielli, spaghetti with clams, paccheri with shellfish, and linguine with lobster, cooked with our own yellow and red datterini tomatoes.
